Terms and conditions of use

Wholesale Only - We will only sell wholesale to legitimate dealers/distributors, prior to sale, dealer/distributor must submit a wholesale application along with a signed Pyrotechnics purchase agreement. Please contact sales to obtain these documents.

Minimum Order - $100.00 USD Net, additionally, we will not ship less than an inner carton.

Pricing  - All pricing listed excludes any applicable taxes whether local, state or federal, VAT, freight charges. If the sale is based in Texas, then 8.25% sales tax shall apply unless a Texas resale certificated to is presented to CQC Enterprises, LLC, prior to sale.

Price Changes - All prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to the prices as they exist at the time or receipt of the order.

Payment Terms - All shipments shall be paid for in advance by company check, credit card or C.O.D. Net 15 day terms will be extended to qualified account who submit satisfactory credit references prior to purchasing.

MAP Policy - Any dealer or distributor that advertises in print media or online lower than publish MAP will case a responsive action up to cancellation of the ability to purchase the products in the future. Please do not test us on this.

Returns and Exchanges - We will not accept unauthorized returns, period. Only re-sellable items with an RMA will be accepted with a restocking charge up to 30%. Contact us to arrange any returns.

Questionable Sales - We reserve the right to refuse any sale we if feel that the items may be used for a questionable methods or criminal activity.

Offer to Sell - Possession of any price sheet does not constitute an offer to sell.

Warranty - Seller shall honor manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase, in most cases that period is one year unless stated otherwise.

Dud Policy - Duds or non-performing items, are a fact of life when it comes to pyrotechnics. Unless we feel it is being abused, we will trade our duds one for one. Contact us via email and we will arrange to either credit you or ship replacements, depending upon various conditions. Most likely, we will ask you to ship them back for inspection, but never ship anything back unless an RMA is issued and in that case, we will explain the process.
